Appear to lack the ability to practise trauma informed practice, a common thread in psychiatry despite being words frequently verbalised by them. They also lack the ability to understand that the response period to complaints was fixed by the nhs not patients and still they fail to respond in time with no excuse or valid reason other than we are busy, pretty poor reason. Would give 0 stars if I could… they would rather see you dead than help you, brush you off, ignore your concerns and make you feel helpless… it’s not a resource centre, it has no resources except decider skills and forcing overly anxious people into groups instead of working with them in depth in order to save a life. Nasty, heartless, service with people who you can tell would rather just quit their jobs than listen to someone struggling.
