Great doctor but lots of delays with recent winter storms
We had a terrible experience. We were there less than a year and my son saw about 7 therapists. There was a lot of turnover and only one of the therapists we actually liked, but tried to make it work with the others. My son took it very personally and it was hard on him. The last therapist we saw was rude, always called him the wrong name and shamed him for stimming.
I had a deeply disappointing experience at the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester's new Two Wall Street location. If you're considering this facility, I strongly recommend reviewing feedback from their previous locations, as my experience was nothing short of unacceptable. I had requested to switch clinicians, which I would completely understand if they were unable to accommodate due to availability. However, they didn't even take the time to inquire about my concerns.
