You guys only get two stars because my counselors are good. On the other hand, the counselors can only do so much with what their company allows to help and when you move out of town they require you to switch counseling and counselors. So after 2 years this time going through them I am left off once again where it was almost all for nothing.
As a whole, this facility is rude, cold to their patients, many of the staff show a lack of empathy for their clients and I believe they make situations more stressful then better for everyone who has interactions with this facility. The front staff say they cannot help with messages for providers but then the providers insist they never get their messages and in the end it is the patients that suffer. I am saddened by the state of mental health services in the area knowing it is left in the hands of this provider.
Manchester Mental Health really needs to get looked into. My daughter was on a wait list for over 2 months now. Had one appointment with a clinician to take her into the community. 2nd appointment she basically calls and leaves a message saying how she is quitting. Have the conversation with my daughter who was upset and all of a sudden the girl wants to start up appointments again. Supposedly they are supposed to be working in the schools and yet even after being assaulted no where to be found. My suggestion look elsewhere ... read more
