Kathy has helped me both with confidence and relaxation as I was often restless at night losing sleep, but since I met with her I've learned how to quiet my mind and fall asleep much faster. My confidence has also improved each day!
Kathy is fantastic. She really listens well and customizes her approach for each person. She is knowledgeable and makes the conversations fun.
