I have been struggling with some serious health issues and I have turned to Kathy twice in the last year for help in dealing with some negative thoughts and attitudes. In both cases we worked collaboratively to create the right message and the results were what I had hoped for. It does work, folks.
One Session with Kathy and I am smoke free. No one is more surprised than I am! At almost 70, I have quit smoking several times but always experienced extreme irritability for at least two weeks after stopping. I don’t feel any of that with hypnosis.
