I have smoked for more than 30 years. My doctor explained to me that it was imperative that I stop smoking. Now, mind you that I have tried everything that is medically available to stop, pills, patches lozenges etc. this was my last option. Kathy has helped me both with confidence and relaxation as I was often restless at night losing sleep, but since I met with her I've learned how to quiet my mind and fall asleep much faster. My confidence has also improved each day!

Kathy is fantastic. She really listens well and customizes her approach for each person. She is knowledgeable and makes the conversations fun. What is most important is that whatever she does really works well. I've been trying to kick the sugar habit for a long time. I've now gone three weeks with no slips, cheats, or problems of any kind. One Session with Kathy and I am smoke free. No one is more surprised than I am! At almost 70, I have quit smoking several times but always experienced extreme irritability for at least two weeks after stopping. I don’t feel any of that with hypnosis.
