JW, Susan, and Ben are great. They are very up front about their policies - cancellation for being late, charges for missing appointments, etc. The best thing ( other than amazing haircuts) is the communication. If you communicate about problems with your scheduled appointment, they will work with you. Too bad some people leaving poor reviews don't realize that. The core group of customers will take care of them because they take care of us. I HIGHLY recommend Men's Room.
Very rude we booked 2 appointments for both of my child’s .for family emergency we got late on first one after we give prior notice over text message that we were out of country for vacation and our flight might be late he canceled both after showing up even tho that the other child appointment wasn’t up yet Be prepared to be charge also per minutes with them when you do hair cut talking about how long was the last cut 9 weeks okay we might charge extra 10 dollars if their hair is long not putting in consideration that we mi... read more
Ben does a great job. My hair is not the easiest to cut and Ben handles it with ease. Highly recommend.
Excellent services with even better atmosphere. Just be prepared to laugh too much while you’re there and leave with a good vibe for the rest of the day.
You will not get a better haircut anywhere!! Great people, great environment, amazing haircuts!
