This place is going downhill and the owner is terrible. I specifically asked for an Italian beard shape and even showed him recent photos from another shop. He kept saying “I’m not finished yet” every time I pointed out it wasn’t right, but he ignored my requests and just did whatever he wanted. When he finally said he was done, it looked awful. I had to ask him to shave my beard off completely because it was that bad. Definitely not going here again. If you have no other choice, avoid the owner.
