Floyd electrical service has left my place of employment without electricity for over a week now with no response. Absolutely do not trust them with services to your home or place of business!
We have used Floyd's before about a year ago to get an issue resolved, but the issue has become recurrent and they are no where to be found. We have tried calling multiple times to get someone to come out and look at what is going on and are always told "someone will get back to you" but nothing has happened. A year ago, Floyd Electrical charged us well over $22k to change out a breaker that has failed within the warranty period. We have NO POWER and are a large commercial building on our diesel generator with severely compromised ability to function. We have been promised for now 3 days that somebody will return a phone call and a tech will be out with NO SHOW now 3x’s!
