I have received transformative care from Diedre for hip, back and neck pain over the past couple years. She takes the time to sit with your tissues and allow for opening and release of the fascia for lasting relief. I have found this work to go beyond what I can do with exercises and basic massage. The passion for her work is evident in all she does. The location is easy access with comforting ambiance. I highly recommend that you treat your body to facial release with Diedre!
Deidre is a miracle worker! Starting with the initial assessment, she was able to pinpoint issues I didn't even realize were connected to my chronic pain. The sessions are unlike anything I've experienced before. I would describe it as massage, plus stretching, plus acupressure. I immediately experienced relief from chronic headaches. I can feel the tension and tightness in my back, neck, and shoulders improving with each session. I highly recommend Deidre for anyone with chronic pain or decreased range of motion.

Deidre was recommended to be by a former physical therapist at the UW-Madison East Madison Hospital (formerly the UW-Health American Center). I was also recommended by my acupuncturist at the time.
