I have received transformative care from Diedre for hip, back and neck pain over the past couple years. Deidre is a miracle worker! Starting with the initial assessment, she was able to pinpoint issues I didn't even realize were connected to my chronic pain. The sessions are unlike anything I've experienced before. I would describe it as massage, plus stretching, plus acupressure. I immediately experienced relief from chronic headaches. I can feel the tension and tightness in my back, neck, and shoulders improving with each session. I highly recommend Deidre for anyone with chronic pain or decreased range of motion.
