For much of my adult life I had dipped in and out of therapy, trying many therapists and never quite getting the depth of experience I had heard others describe. I’ve been meeting with a therapist in this practice for a couple months now and I’ve really seen a lot of progress. Honestly, I feel like I’m making more “breakthroughs” now than I have with my previous therapists. Their new location downtown (the address associated with Biltmore Village is incorrect) is very chill, calm, and like every therapy space, you hear a lot of white noise machines in constant use.
