The visit was positive overall. My only complaints are that the wait time was pretty long. However, I can't complain about that too much because our visit wasn't extremely urgent so I understand true emergencies take precedent over non emergencies. My main complaint is that the medical personnel were very persistent on pushing vaccines. I think that after someone says no once, it should be left at that. No is a complete sentence if you want it to be & I don't believe I owe anyone an explanation for my medical choices. Other ... read more
The nurse practitioner at rapid care did a horrible job of relaying information. Asked me if I needed an ambulance after telling me that they want me to get more examination done at th hospital after an ekg after telling me I sounded normal. Yes the ekg is standard but the way it was presented to me as no information about my results and asking if I need an ambulance made the condition worse as now you have added stress and anxiety.
