The service was awful .. celebrating my granddaughter 18th birthday and our waitress was awful .. she obviously hates her job and never smiled once .. tried to talk with her and very monotone answers , talked extremely low . The cheese fondue was clumsy and extremely salty .. bread and vegetables were old. My granddaughter has visited this location as well as others and was usually very happy. Melting Pot is one of our favorite restaurants, so of course we would choose to dine here out of state as we have never had such an appalling experience at Melting Pot as we did tonight. We made it known on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, and that we had allergies in the party. First, our reservation was for 7:15.
