Overpriced and under serviced. It's ok for the fondue experience but, otherwise, I've never been very impressed with the place.
Worst service EVER (over 40 mins before anyone ever checked on us), meal was bland & over priced, made a reservation in advance for a birthday and nothing special was done at all.
My tip? If you don't have a reservation on a Fri, you will not be seated before 6 if you show up at 5 when the sign says they open, and if you decide to go to the bar and wait, you'll wait there too.

Ask for the garlic and wine seasoning to add to your meats and chicken, or add to directly to broth.
A group of friends and myself (party of 12) decided to go out for a night of food fondue. We made a reservation a week ahead, but to make the reservation with Tiffany it was like pulling teeth. We stuck with it and had great food, and our servers were great. While we were having desert and coffee, we weren't even finished when Tiffany presented us with our bill.
