Be prepared to eat a lot... And slowly. Get a glass of wine. I'd skip the cheese course and get dessert instead.

The service the atmosphere and the food not much gets better than that
The endless fondue is the way to go!
There is no better way to do fondue than at Melting pot. The chocolate-dipped strawberries are life-altering and we can't wait to eat them by the handful at Best of Phoenix A'fare on October 5th.
Be wary before going here. I wouldn't recommend this establishment. My wife & I were sitting at our private booth for 2 hours only being served burnt cheese fondue, apples, veggies, and acidic wine.
If you are going on a special date, request a private booth. But this is also a very fun place to go with a bunch of girlfriends and enjoy great food and wine.
If you don't get lucky after bringing your date here, you gotta work on your game. Just sayin'
