Server was great and personable (she's a Libra and loves geminis heheh) and the food was super fantastic and delightful. The manager even came to check on people during their dining experience. The only downside was how long the experience lasted. It took nearly 3 hours to finish and leave. Everything was great but we were impatient between courses as it was about a 20 minute wait between the pots and charcuteries. waited an extra 30 minutes after our reservation time while two families walked in after us and got seated before us.
First time eating at The Melting Pot and I must say it was an amazing experience! The food was delicious and our server Layla was awesome at explaining the menu. Will highly recommend.
Great vibe. Wonderful Mother’s Day dinner with the family. First time for the kids…they loved it. Had a bit of an issue, but the management more than made it right. Thanks to our server Basil and the manager Paul for a great evening!
