We have Melrose as our Property Management company for our HOA - Andrew Schmidt for over 5 years and he's always had our back, etc. Life is never perfect and there are some homeowners you will never please. We will continue to use Melrose Property Mgt. and our board members feel the same way. We develop relationships with our vendors for long term and that relationship goes both ways. Just awful!
This Management Company is so unprofessional. When you call the office and try to speak to the property manager, the receptionist “Joanie” just blocks your call and constantly tells you that “they’re not available”. Do they have a voicemail???? as it’s 2026! Then she transfers you to a voicemail with a name from a person that is not whom you asked to be transferred to??? When you call back, she tells you “oh they must not have updated their voicemail with their name.” Most likely they have not even been instructed how to acc... read more
emails and phone calls are not responded to. many attempts to make contact go unanswered. Leaves dues paying home owners little options to have their issues attended to. Just as unprofessional and frustrating as it gets.
