If you are looking for home managed by this company, run! My neighbors and I are harassed monthly for the smallest infractions. It's horrible. This month some leaves from an oak tree fell on my roof and I got an infraction notice. They included the attached picture. It's winter, leaves fall. My God!!
If I could leave zero stars, I would be the absolute worst HOA management ever.. I should sue for harassment..
TRASH. I have 2 properties managed by this Management company, and the only thing they are good at is being awful. Never had a good interaction since 2018
Can I give 0 stars? Why not? Melrose is an example of all the horrible things you hear about HoA's rolled into one. I don't want to take the time to describe all the horrible interactions I and my neighbors have had. I only want to warn other communities considering using Melrose to manage their developments, find someone else. Anyone else. We have just eliminated them and hired a new firm.
