The Melrose Management is a horrible company. We have foundation structural damage and we were told by our warranty company that they must fill out a claim because we are a multi home (townhome). I have been trying to get this done over 2 months and no claim has yet to be filed. This company lacks accountability and is negligent to their customers. No one seems to know their job. I am looking to seek legal action.
I really try not to leave negative reviews. Because I don’t like that energy. But this company is literally the worst every time I have to deal with them. If they do better. I will gladly come back and update my review but as of right now, if I could leave zero stars, I would.
