Just moved in, the manager made the move in process easy and smooth. Unit is remodeled with new appliances and the pool on the weekends is really nice. I would recommend
Just moved in recently. It is a very well maintained condominium, and the unit was all remodeled. Included new appliances, floors etc., and moving in process was very easy an it was a pleasure. Highly recommend!
The apartments are vastly overpriced for what is offered. We're paying $2615 ($2525 rent and $90 water/trash fees) The only amenity is a pool, and even that isn't cleaned properly. There is no onsite management, which makes addressing issues a challenge. While we live in a "renovated" apartment, the renovations were clearly rushed. We've experienced numerous problems, including AC malfunctions, water leaking into floors, floors coming apart, and sliding doors that are jammed.
