Beth and Rick Melner were amazing to work with. They helped me in 2021 find a home in Oregon while I was in Maryland. Then in 2025 I decided Oregon was not for me, and contacted them to sell it. They did an amazing job, and after 23 days it sold. They were great about communicating with me when someone wanted to see the house, and I also had plenty of time. Everything went smoothly from the day we put it on the market till closing.
