I had the most beautiful breath coaching session with Carly today in Mecca. In just 15 minutes, I learned a simple but powerful breathing exercise that felt grounding, calming, and transformative. Carly’s voice and energy was so soothing, creating such a safe space that I was moved to tears. It was emotional in the best way, and I truly think everyone needs to experience this. Already looking forward to a full session with Carly next week.

I visited the Melbourne Apothecary 11/08… hands down one of the most exceptional experiences I have for my health. I did the radiance reset, this was the perfect way to dip my toe into alternative methods for healing my health. It is a 15 minute service which you may think isn’t enough time… incorrect! I had the most incredible Acu-facial at the new location Melbourne Apothecary X MECCA. Despite the hustle and bustle of the opening weekend, I left walking on a cloud and glowing! The offerings are incredible from full naturopathic consultations (highly recommend doing this) to acupuncture and ear seeds. I’ll definitely be back!
