I agree with Ashley and would not recommend renting at any property from this company. They are more concerned with profits than tenant's well-being. They will hold you hostage with exorbitant termination penalties even if you are dealing with issues that are clearly building/community-related which they are aware of and unable to address. Medve claims they are unable to waive these fees but that's not true. I know landlords who have waived fees when it is the moral thing to do. Beware of this company!!!!! They make everything seem so easy, very friendly and helpful..... Until you are ready to move from there properties. They failed to give credit for over 50% of the deposits we paid at the beginning of our lease. The extortion begins. I have lived in several apartments owned by different companies in different towns and states over the years, we move often due to work transfers.
