All I can say is WOW! I guess they aren’t trying to acquire new customers and only attend to the ones they already know. I went in for a consultation (which was free of charge) for hair extensions. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and sat in the salon room for 30 minutes while I listen to them attend to other customers who had appointments AFTER mine. I try and always shop locally but I see why people go out of town for things like this. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
