We have been going to the Med Shoppe our entire lives. It's always been a great place until Dwight left. Now we have come up short on meds and they don't care to look in to it. We just wanted to let them know that there inventory may be off, not that we were expected anything back. To be fair in your situation, I offered to give you back your prescription so you could take it to any other pharmacy you wanted to have your medication filled. I can assure you, I would love to fill every prescription that walked through our door, however, due to restrictions from governing agencies and our wholesalers, I am put into a position to not be allowed to do this. I have used The Medicine Shoppe for my family and myself for years. It is the only pharmacy I use because I know, before I even go in, that if I have a problem with a prescription or a certain medication, they will help take care of it. They know most of their customers by name and have a friendly atmosphere. No matter how busy they are, I have never seen faster service. I'm always in and out in 15 minutes or less.
I had an issue arise recently that really upset me. The people at The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy went out of their way to show me a great deal of kindness and correct the issue, something that means a lot to me. Everyone makes mistakes, I certainly do, thanks ya'll for reaching out to me.
Knowledgeable, friendly and efficiently fast staff! My family has used this pharmacy for years. Personal and professional service at its best!
