Today was the second time that my prescription was not ready when I arrived. I live/work out of town and always request a specific pick up timeframe for that reason. I called in the prescription the day prior, and the girl on the phone said she would call if it wouldn't be ready for that time. The technician claimed nobody told her about the desired pick up time and that it was deemed "Call when ready". She "rushed" it through and I waited an additional 20'ish minutes. They always have the best atmosphere and the best service. Fast prescription filled.
Went for meds pickup Waited almost an hour but prescription was not ready. Too slow and bad service
They’ve had my prescription twice and manage to mess it up every time. Either they don’t return calls or they forget about prescriptions. Waiting on Courtney to make a formal complaint.
