They truly do go above and beyond. Great pharmacy.
This pharmacy is the solutions to all the problems involved with big box pharmacies, i.e., Walgreens and CVS. These people will streamline complicated sets of prescription into a seamless experience with a smile on their faces. They are experts at dealing with the intricacies of insurance and the medical system. They do all the leg work offering solutions to every issue. All employees are exceptional professionals. They make the time and effort to advocate and care about their clients! Customer service is above and beyond any pharmacy. They are always pleasant and genuinely caring.
I grew up with Opie Taylor, and this is the pharmacy that Mayberry would have had. Very personalized service -- after a few visits Sean and Hope will recognize you and greet you by name. When you hear, "Ask your pharmacist" these are the folks you want to be talking to. Imagine: a pleasant environment with courteous people who really want to help -- That's Rainbow.
