I lived in this apartment for two years and recently moved out. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. I've lived here for a year now, and could not be more happy with how we are taken care of as tenants. From Management, to Maintenance, there isn't anything that I can't bring to their attention and feeling like it's going to go unnoticed. They are amazing with my family and my son, we feel safe here. There are younger, college aged kids but as far as I can tell they're respectful of everyone around. Great apartments to live in so quiet and peaceful
I am a resident at The Medici at South Hills, and I want prospective residents to be aware of my experience with vehicle security here. In August 2025, someone attempted to steal the catalytic converter from my vehicle while it was parked in my assigned parking spot. I immediately notified management in writing. Despite this, I received no meaningful follow-up regarding surveillance footage or what was being done to prevent another incident. Today, August 31, 2026, it happened again.
