I love the Medici, staff is amazing always accommodate your needs. Very clean apartment complex. Great place to live.
thefts, car break ins, kids kicking/banging on doors, never any parking, water is shut off for maintenance so often but management could care less about a complaint yet have so many extra rules to follow.
Absolute terrible service from the entire staff whether its attitude from the employees very slow response times or even the terrible service they provide once they finally arrive at your home if they ever do. Whoever takes the complaints of the renters must not write anything down or do any work cause there have been multiple things they have still yet to come and fix.
I have lived here for about 3 years now and my experience here at the Medici has been nice so far. The leasing staff and the maintenance guys have always been responsive when I have issues. The kiddos love the pool area which is always clean. The laundry machines were also upgraded recently so that is also nice. In general this is a good place to live I would definitly would refer someone.
