I have been using services from the Medical Team for a good while now. At first there were some issues that were mostly related to people having pet allergies. However, after that got straightened out everything was great. Their staff is friendly, professional and a great help. My life would be much less full without their help!
The Medical Team is completely unreliable. They will not let their staff know about clients pets, and never fail they send someone allergic to cats. Should have had about 8 visits and have only had 2 so far. I hope they are not charting for the missing visits. The 2 times I had someone here, they rushed through as fast as they could because they started sneezing within minutes of being here. I am frustrated and very disappointed with their lack of service.
