The office and billing departments are very poorly managed. I have secondary insurance and was not told that the office would not file secondary insurance. As I began receiving bills in the mail, I would call the billing office and they would tell me that they would file with secondary and to disregard the bill. This continued for over a year and now they are telling me that they do not file with the secondary and I will have to file. My 6 year old grandbaby was seen on Wednesday with fever and coughing, was told it was a virus. No medicine was perscribed. Friday night going into Saturday about 2AM my grandchild started crying about an ear ache. I took her the next day (Saturday) to their after hours clinic. The nurse said wow shes not feeling better yet? I told her no she has an ear ache. The nurse perscribed her antibiotics in which their office forgot to call or order it through Walgreens. Re-schedule for 10 minutes late driving around .. Recently I went there for the first time with my son for a pediatric apointment I had.Their building looked little confusing to me so I called them to know their exact location.Between that I got late for 10 minutes.When I reached the girl said I have to reschedule it.I was so surprised to hear that.She knew I was trying to reach her.It was really a unpleasant experience for me.I had to adjust so many things that day to keep the appointment.My hubby managed to get off to work... read more
