AWFUL! Go to Queen City where the staff is friendly, willing to help customers and actually know a thing or two about the equipment they sell. The Medical store has a bunch of unprofessional staff. They 9 times out 10 say " your insurance doesn't cover it"- and then charge you full price, but if you take that same prescription to anywhere else they say the insurance covers it. It's just not right.
I had a wonderful experience getting my device. The Respiratory Therapist Samantha is the bomb. Very kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. Will use this store from now on.
Samantha is wonderful. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions.
Met with Ms Samantha today to pick up my CPAP supplies; she was wonderful and so encouraged me in so many ways!!! Thank you!!!
