Dr. Sekhon is an awful doctor and human being. He does not care about patients. When I tried to explain to him my medical condition and the reason why I was there he got upset and started screaming at me, he was screaming so close to me that I got his saliva all over my face. His behavior can be considered medical neglect and medical malpractice. The previous Dr, Doctor Orita is an excellent doctor and I am not sure why he is no longer there.
The person doing the billing (Araceli) is very unprofessional and rude. Doesn't have answer as to why I'm getting bills from 3yrs ago, can't tell me why my secondary wasn't billed originally, also told me that my secondary insurance probably won't pay since it's so old. Every question I ask is answered with "I'm not sure I just started in April!" It's December when I asked for a call back for any resolution after my secondary was billed she couldn't give me answer. Not sure sure if she's properly trained for this position.
Im speaking for my parents. Hes so rude and doesn't even look at you when your speaking. My mom had a stroke last week and we were concerned if the dose she was taking was too low and he said he wasn't changing the dose and said if you don't want to take it, you can throw it away and it won't be my fault. What Dr says that! We definitely miss Dr Orita and were definitely looking elsewhere.
We need Dr. Orita back! If I could give -0- I would. Dr. Sekon seemed angry after I asked for my husband to join us because I have MS and wanted any and all instructions to be clear. He needs to LISTEN. I was complaining about a vaginal issue. He did not do a Pap Smear or vaginal examination. He did order labs. He is rude, to say the least, and runs way behind schedule. WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! RUN RUN RUN!!! There is a new doctor at this practice by the name of Sekhon women are not treated with respect, he descriminates he down talks he does not even inquire about what brings you in today. He told me he will not order blood labs he told me he would not refill medications that were not pain medications he told me he would not do referrals even ones he felt I should be referred out for.
