Dr. Grimmet has always been very helpful, and the staff are great!
The staff was absolutely amazing. When I had a problem finding the place they stayed on the phone with me giving directions to their location till I got there. The only problem I had was with their answering service that told me that they were only doing appointments by teladoc or something like that but I was assured that it was taken care of.
My experience was horrible. Dr. Ericka Spencer on 920 Oliver Road shouldn't even be a doctor for the way she treated me. She didn't properly check on my health issues that I was having at all. I waited 3 hours for her to see me just for her to be rude to me. She didn't listened to me and barely let me talk. I am someone with mobility issues from past injuries and accidents, yet it felt like she was judging me. It made me very uncomfortable and more like a prisoner than a patient that needed help.
