I am so disappointed with the care my family member received there. As a nonverbal senior they stated she needed to ask for clean sheets after they were soiled, and manager stated “ if it were their family member they would sit by them all day” I told her I was in the military and don’t have that luxury. She said “I don’t know then”. She stated my family member had been receiving pain meds and yet she did not get a single one. I strongly advise anyone to not take their family there. A number of pros and cons for this facility. Just want to say Nickie Fisher, the lady at the front desk when you walk through the door is the perfect person for this position. She makes everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. She always greeted me with a beautiful smile and sweet “good morning and something nice to say. Another outstanding person was Kennedy, I believe was the speech therapist…she made the therapy session so much fun. My husband really enjoyed her sense of humor.
