Amarillo Medical Lodge is top of the line! Awesome, caring staff who make the patients their #1 priority.
My grandma has been there for a few weeks for therapy. They don’t check on her regularly, at night if she uses the call button it takes forever for someone to come so she doesn’t like to drink fluids so she won’t have to go. If dinner is taken into her room no one goes to check to see if she needs help. She was given her tray one day but didn’t eat until 7 when we got there because she needed help. We usually return the trays because no one comes for them. At bedtime they’ll leave her in the clothes she’s had on all day inst... read more
