Tasha is rude and will take her anger out on you if she is having a bad day.. I can only imagine how she is treating her residents. Ma'am realize treating people with respect is an important part of your job! Do better!
If I could give this facility negative 5 stars I would. My dad severely declined coming this this facility from the hospital. The communication between the family and the nurses was awful. We were told they “forgot” to turn his oxygen up one day, had a nurse “Pat” that was EXTREMELY ugly towards my dad late one night he was there (she was unaware I was on the phone so I heard the whole conversation), no communication about taking his wallet to the office (which is fine, but as he was transferred back to the hospital, no one ... read more
I would like to thank the entire nursing staff, they were very caring, friendly and competent, the therapy team, they were very friendly and worked hard to help you reach a goal, the housekeeping ladies, kept room clean , trash emptied and friendly. A special thank you to Shelley, she was very caring , kind and check on me often, Matthew , Amber, Becky (activities), Candace, Miguel and Dustin. If I could give a 0 stars I would. I was appalled to find out how negligent the staff was toward my mother when she was there. She chose this facility because it appeared to have a 5 star review.. the reviews left are obviously monitored and deleted if they are less than favorable. It is horrible that the most vulnerable of our citizens are taken advantage of and lied to. My mom tried to find a trustworthy place to take care of her but was failed from the very 1st day!! I was treated with total respect while staying at Amarillo Medical Lodge. The food was very good and a varied menu. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and nice.
