Can't be more pleased and thankful with the staff, I brought my daughter to the ER since she was breaking out in hives and they took her in right away, everyone there where all friendly and attentive with my kid, she was really scared and the staff made it comfortable for her.
Great place to be treated! The nurses made my experience unbelievable. Beautiful facility, great food, and everyone is so nice. You will not find a better hospital in the city.

We had to take my 87 year old mother to the ER. She was very sick. We took her to her primary care doctor first and they told us to take her to the ER. They send notice to let them know she was on her way. It took us almost three hours before she saw a doctor. She ended up with pneumonia and sepsis and had to be admitted. We were in the first waiting room about a half hour and the second waiting room for two and a half hours until we're were in a bay to see the doctor.
