The staff are amazing. Fast to get in and super compassionate!
Very rude front desk man. They tell my mother the day ahead about the 250.00 co pay. If told a head it wouldn't be as much as a issue. That is very difficult for elderly to come up with. I guess they prefer elderly can go with out to get there eye fixed.
I used to hate Wilton Med but my 6 month old needed emergency help the other day. The doctor we saw or soon to be doctor (pa) Daniel Ainsworth was excellent. He listened to everything I said and he immediately gave my daughter an ultrasound and a referral to Albany Med. Something I begged other pediatricians to do (ultrasound) but they always went to a quick easy fix which never solved anything. Staff is very good, as well as friendly. Robert French PA is better than any Primary I have ever seen. Robert does not rush, He will send You to a Specialist or have Testing if that is required. He Is genuinely concerned for the patient.
