Customer service is excellent!! Jason Wertz was just amazing! I needed a knee brace that the orthopedic doctor said I needed after tearing my meniscus and MCL. My insurance wouldn't cover it so there price was $775 out of pocket. I checked around on my own and found medcom and I thank God I found them. I was able to get the exact same brace, brand and all for $200. got CPM chair after 2nd shoulder surgery and it's better than my therapist if you want to get back to work shorten the time and have your surgeon get you this machine to use 100% this is my second time with this machine, I recommend it to anyone I talk to that's undergoing shoulder surgery...
