NO ONE wants to go the doctor or urgent care on vacation. When we woke up today and I knew one of sons had strep throat. We were able to get in quickly, they had the rapid test on site and called in a prescription immediately for him.
Doctor walked in, never introduced himself, glanced at my finger, stepped backwards, & essentially told me that I wasted my time coming in. Stoic face, no smile, no bedside manner. Never even touched my hand to examine my finger up close. Seemed his mind was made up before even entering the room that he didn't need to examine my finger. They want to charge $100+ for that when they didn't even clean my wound, give me an ice pack, not even a bandaid. NOTHING. That's not care; that's exploitation. I was in the clinic couple days ago I have a kidney infection. Antibiotics are NOT working I wanted different antibiotics The guy so called (doctor) was very rude This is NOT how you deal with costumers that you would like a repeated business with ! You will not be in business long with people like this answering the phone in the doctors office .. was not the receptionist
