Karen was so patient and informative answering my questions and tell my options. Also, the treatment was so fast and gentle.
The staff is warm and friendly. Knowledgeable about the various treatments, with clear advice on specific skin needs or issues. I bring my adult daughters and refer friends often. Ann is very responsive and accommodating on schedule, treatment recommendations and skin care products.
I absolutely LOVE this Med Spa! Ann is always so sweet & the last few times I’ve had laser & a facial, Sierra has been wonderful!! They are all very knowledgeable & recommend only what’s needed to help!! I 100% recommend The Med Spa at Lake Norman OB/Gyn to anyone who needs laser hair removal, facials or other spa treatments!
Loved my facial with Karen. She explained the steps carefully and was happy to answer every question and share some wisdom.
Great place. I had facial resurfacing and my skin looks so much better. By far the best results ever. The receptionist and staff were very caring and professional.
