I had a good experience till I had a young lady sell me some iS Clinical. I got to try it for the 1st time a few days later. It happened to be the weekend. It made my lips very numb and puffy. Asked for a refund. Some rude lady suppose to be the manager told me they don't do refunds. I started to ask show me where it states that. Visited with Naelee today for another painless laser hair removal treatment and the wonderful Hydrofacial - my skin looks amazing - my pores look so much smaller already!! Definitely will be returning for another Hydrofacial. Loving the IS Line of facial products that she suggested that I try.
