Great doctors and Staff!
Won't even matter how great the doctor is the signs here are terrible the need better signage and they need staff that isn't going to stare at people and laugh
Trying to speak to anyone on the phone is impossible, it’s always “ may I place you on hold” and no matter what you say. You go straight to hold and then they hang up on you and that is if you even make it to them asking. Most of the time they just decline the call.
I left in TEARS yesterday because of how rudely I was treated. I waited for almost 2 hours to have a visit where the person taking care of me just walked out without saying anything. The provider didn't listen to me, the concerns I had and I felt so uncomfortable, like I was bothering him by even coming in to be seen. You guys need to do better. I get it's Sunday and it got busy right after I arrived, but bedside manners are important.
