It was a very easy process. No hassles.
WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. They have been reported numerous times. They say one thing and do another. It took almost 2 1/2 weeks to finally get it done. They NEVER answer the phone. They NEVER respond to messages. I was given a million excuses. Fast foward a year later, I had issues trying to set up a renewal appointment online, so I tried to call several times, guess what....... NO ANSWER. Go elsewhere. I'm not the only one that feels this way, read the reviews. Never again.
My friend paid for and scheduled online but was never caked for his appointment this past weekend. He has tried and I have tried to get in contact with someone regarding this and there is no answer on the phone or email sent. I live in the same house and he is not a literate with tech as I am so I'd be happy to change my review if help comes.
I paid for all of this on September 1st 2022. Today is the September 23rd. I haven't gotten my license 3 weeks later. Amanda said she would personally refund my money yesterday. I haven't gotten that either. I'm on my way to the bank now to reverse payment on it. BEWARE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE SHE'S DONE THIS TO.
My experience has been great, they have bent over backwards to meet all my needs. I will continue to use the med card for all future needs. Thank you all for your help.
