Prior to 2024, I mailed money orders for deposit to this branch without issue. But in 2024, each deposit I have sent via mail (both money orders and a personal check) mysteriously disappears and never makes it to my bank account. I gave the branch the benefit of the doubt the first time, thinking it might be the fault of UPS. Having it happen a second time makes me think something is going on in this branch's mailroom. Use a tracking service if you send anything here via snail mail.
They said come tomorrow for pesos and then I arrive and said “okay order today come back tomorrow “. What??? I took the bus for half hour to get here. Don’t waste your time.
