Never , people never call them . They will screw u up . They charge up front then they promise to fix and never done
I had a problem with dashboard A/C on my motorhome and Eric showed up on time and did a great job. Up front pricing and no surprise charges. I would (and have) recommend Eric.
I had called Erik to scheduled an service on my RV. On 2 separate occasions. Each time Erik said yes to the job and wanted me to call back later to get the appointment on his schedule but he didn't return my calls or texts. I don't know why. He was highly recommended, and wanted the job. I was counting on him each time, and each time he kept me hanging. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and INCONSIDERATE
We had problems with our slide outs and jacks. Erik came and diagnosed the problems and got to work fixing them. Due to it being close to the holidays the parts would in until the first of the year. Erik was able to temporarily fix the problems so we could get home. If you ever have any issues with your RV you need to call Erik at the Mechanic on Wheels.
