Honest, trustworthy, thorough, detailed, on time, friendly. I won't go anywhere else. Todd diagnosed, spoke to me about options and communicated at my level. I actually understood what needed to be done!! We came up with a plan to get my car fixed so it was safe to drive and I know what else should be done in the next few months. AND he's affordable! I highly recommend The Mechanic. Call him! I promise you won't go wrong.
The Mechanic has done an excellent job of communicating with pictures and using simple terms that I could understand. He also took the time to show the problems that were immediate and those that could wait. He works on our company and personal cars and I wouldn't trust anyone else. 5 out 5 stars from me. The man is thorough, and takes pride in his trade. He is a local pro who doesn’t have the overhead cost that many of the others do, in return he passes that savings back to the costumer. Todd updated me with photos of what needed to be worked on, and took the time to explain what was and wasn’t needed. I can rest peacefully knowing that my vehicle will be dependable for myself and my family.
