MECCA is the most legit gym in the Treasure Valley. Zac and Brodyn are absolute tanks. The owner is a great guy, and the facility is well managed. I worked at Crunch Fitness for over a year, so being in the gym business myself, I can appreciate the little attention to detail that these guys have dialed in.

As a collegiate football strength coach you need a place to get away from your own facility every once in awhile. The Mecca Gym has been that home for me the last 3 years. The equipment - from the knurling on the barbells to the upholstery on accessory equipment are no doubt the best in the valley. There is an abundance of various equipment.
