I love this butcher the customer service from everyone inside is always great. My two favorites are the father and son, they always handle my orders and get exactly what I need I go every two weeks every time it feels like home. The meat is always good the variety and all I love that they have bison hard to find real bison.
I bought a whole pig for roasting. I ordered it a week ahead of time. The pig was ready for me and prepped as needed for the spit. The staff at the meat shop butchers are friendly and very knowledgeable. The prices are well worth the drive from Cave Creek. I would definitely be back for special orders and some of the dry age meats they have in the shop. They also have elk, venison, duck and other meats that you don't normally see in a shop. I highly recommend them!
