We are very excited to become a valued member of this community. We wanted to take the time to introduce ourselves formally as The Meat King. We will like to inform the community we will now be occupying the location of what was known as Ferraro's Market and we are open for business !! We will continue to service and partner with the community to bring the quality service that you have always received for the past 60 years. We are also coming from a family owned meat business looking to expand here in New Haven, Connecticut.

this was my first time at the store and I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the prices. We will be back.
Ordered U.S.D.A. Prime grade Prime Rib on Dec. 3rd for a Dec 23rd pick up in Meriden . When I arrive to pick it up it isn't Prime grade. I'm told they'll fix it an I can pick my order up Dec 24th in the morning.. When I arrive Im told it hasn't arrived yet and itll be another 40 minutes. At that time a women was checking out and had a Prime grade roast so I wasn't too worried.. I returned 50 minutes later and once again the meat they had for me wasn't Prime grade.
