I am a BBQ Competition Chief Cook with team Pelletheads.com. We competerd in the Apex Peak City Pig Fest last June and I used the Meat House s Chiken, and a team mate used their pork shoulder...I took 9th, team mate took 3rd and were the Grand Champion for the 1st year KCBS event.Leaving Friday from Las Vegas to head back to defend our Title in 2013 on June 22! 1st stop when I get to the area Thursday is to get chicken and a 70/30 bend of Ground Beef they did for me last year!Can t wait...gotta call them tomorrow!

I love to go to the meathouse and buy my dinner, which is always good. But they should really brush up on their deli and salad skills. Anytime I have ever got a salad or a sandwich its either thrown together or something is missing from the salad. Not to mention that is takes FOREVER to get just a salad or just a sandwich...probably 15-25 minutes. That is crazy, people dont have that much to wait when you only get a 30min lunch from work! I hope that in the future they will hire someone specifically to do the lunch orders th... read more

I just bought a huge steak for my husband for his birthday dinner. Not only is the service at Meat House second to none, but the quality of meat is outstanding! This place is a wonderful addition to Cary. Great job Meat House. Thanks for providing such a wonderful product and amazing service!

My husband and I had heard of the Cary Meat House some months ago and most recently went to visit. The staff was so polite and helpful in explaining the step by step process in marinating of their meats. My husband and I decided to try a rack of ribs we purchased from them as well as the marinated steak from the Meat House and lets just say I am looking at overnight shipping costs to send a package of meat to my dad in Florida. Love the tenderness and flavors of your Meats! We will be back!
