Best waiting area ever! The kids corner was perfect to distract my littles about how nervous their new kitty was for his first vet visit. And it was fully stocked with snacks. Makes a huge difference to this mama. The nurse and doctor were very attentive, good listeners and didn't recommend anything unnecessary for an indoor kitty. Love the staff and vets! They are compassionate and caring. Very good about answering questions, and listening to concerns. Dr. P is very accessible and down to Earth. She always takes as much time as it takes to answer all questions and meet your needs. Bonus: it’s in my neighborhood of Highland Meadows!
I love these people! My cat Balin is not the best at vet visits. In fact he's downright nasty to deal with in the office, though I swear he's a total sweetheart at home, but they have found solutions for him and always treated him nicely even if he is a devil when he's there. They have helped me take such good care of my fur baby! Highly highly recommend!

I've only been a client since March but absolutely love all of the staff! Very clear and up front on costs. My puppy ingested pills and they took awesome care of her! So thankful to Dr. Engle who came in on her day off to help Dr. Paternoster. Love this clinic.

Love this Vet. They treat our dog like he is their own. Our last dog had to be put down and they were so kind. They even sent us a card. Our new dog we adopted from a shelter and they gave us his first checkup free. They encourage you to rescue dogs. The doctors are awesome! The nurses rock too! Best place in Windsor.
