My parents and my little sister used to live here when I was little.
I have been living in the Meadows community since I am now a resident of 3 years i have seen so much management come and go. You can barely get anyone in office anymore. Oh and get this i pay my rent on time no issues, NEVER had issues with anyone in park, or office and got a letter on 8/5/26 they are now not going to renew my lease with no reason to why. Gave me, my husband and 16 year old daughter 2 months to find a new place, while still wanting rent while we live here. Losing a good tenant and staff saying under iowa law... read more
