I just want to say thank you so much to Jesus Hernandez who works in maintenance at Avalon Apartments. I have lived in this complex for at least two years, and every time I have a maintenance request he is so fast and helpful. He always arrives to help in a timely manner and never makes me wait days to get something fixed. Also, he is just very kind and thoughtful and works so hard to help people who live in this complex. My goodness this was the best thing I’ve ever done. They have a great community here. The best thing is I have wonderful neighbors and a bonus they pick up my trash every day at my doorstep. I can’t imagine being anywhere else.
We've lived here for about 6 months. The community is very nice as is the apartment. The maintenance team, Jesus and Jacob or very professional, friendly and prompt. Any requests we've submitted have been addressed and resolved quickly. The management team, Teal in particular, has always been friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for better management.
