Jesus did an excellent job replacing my fire alarm today and installing a new light in my bedroom. His prompt service and attention to detail were truly impressive. What they did to me was took my application fee and instantly declined my application without even giving me a reason. Don't risk a credit report inquiry on these losers.
We toured Avalon this past weekend and had the BEST experience with the leasing agent, Teal. She was so professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She was able to answer my millions of questions and really gave a great first impression of the property. The apartments are great too, but I think the shining star is the care placed in creating relationships with future residents!
