Avalon is One of the best places we've ever lived. Teal at the front desk is personable and responsive with anything we have wrong. The amenities you can't beat and the apartments have a very homey feel with how they are set up. The garages attached are a huge plus. Seriously the best apartments in castle rock!
Great maintenance team here at Avalon, with special shout-out to Jesus! He always takes care of my issues quickly and professionally, and a very nice guy to deal with. Always a good experience.
