Maintenance is great, nice, and very serviceable
Kudos to the maintenance crew for being available on a Saturday. Even after replacing the battery in my smoke detector it was still chirping at me. Thanks JJ for coming the same day I made a maintenance request and replacing it. I’ve lived at other complexes were I got lame excuses of the maintenance crew living an hour away and they would have to be called in so it will have to wait till Monday. Not here though, thanks again.
I don't live here but my son has for over a year now! I wanted to share that each day I'm there to walk his dog I see improvements! The community looks great!! This summer they did a lot of cleaning up and landscape work to make the outside just as appealing as the inside! Keith and JJ are amazing! They are always working hard but still nice enough to stop and say hi! Everything about this apartment was great up until the move out process. This was a really bad experience. We paid for the professional cleaning team that was brought in by the Avalon specifically and apparently they didn’t do anything because we were charged an extra $700 on top of our cleaning fee, which was 200. This is ridiculous because the cleaning company was organized by the Avalon itself and it’s confusing why we are getting charged extra on top of that.
