JJ is a life saver! While I was at work today my dog had got out of my apartment without my knowledge. I received a phone call from JJ that he found my dog in the community and safely secured him in the dog park until I could have someone pick him up. This really shows the pride he takes in his job and the care for the residents in the community. He saved me from a lot of stress and sadness of coming home and dealing with this. I have been here over 2 years. Every maintenance issue gets fixed and they are always happy to be helping. JJ is the best thank-you!
I absolutely love living here at Avalon Castle Rock. JJ makes the experience of being here feel like home. He is always a joy to be around, extremely experienced with everything he does, always has a smile on his face equipped with a joke to make you laugh, and has genuine character. I bet everyone around the apartment feels well taken care of here by him and the staff.
