Unfortunately I have nothing good to say. We have tried to contact a patient who went in on Monday(It's Thursday) and all that we get is a voicemail. Even during calling times, we get a voicemail. Our patient is 13 and we know nothing about her care or condition. This is truly frustrating for all involved. At least 5 voicemails and nothing... We just want to know how she is doing. We want to hear her voice.

Don't go to Meadows in Center Hall Pa.. They will lie to you about helping. The doctor checking you in will tell you there kitchen staff works with people with food allergies all the time and is well equipped. You're screwed once they get you in there possession. They'll turn your mind to mush so you do the zombie walk up and down the hallway and take your insurance money for as long as possible. They will alter your blood pressure and pulse readings from their non calibrated machine and make you as unhealthy as possible. If... read more

My fiancé has been seen by the doctor just 4 times in 12 days, including today. The nurses never actually answer the floor phone so getting in contact with an actual human, as their advocate, that isn't the front desk is near impossible. Absolutely abysmal treatment all around, I can't warn against going to this facility enough.

I did not receive any type of therapy to help me with my issues. The place is absolutely disgusting!! For the first 3 days there i didn't even see a single person with a mop or any type of cleaning supplies. Even when they did clean they took about 5 minutes in the room. And it was once, that they came in my room to clean. The food was terrible. You can't have anything to eat except breakfast, lunch, dinner and a nighttime snack.You can't even get a cup of cold water without asking, even then it's usually room temperature. I... read more
