Attended 8 week Iop program. My experience here has been far beyond my expectations. My therapist Felicia helped me heal from trauma, stop maladaptive behaviors, and find my feelings again. Neurofeedback with Krisha helped to calm my nervous system and have better sleep. Amanda at the front desk was so helpful to handle my paperwork while I concentrated on healing. 10/10 would stop by again.
This place has a great treatment IOP (Intense Outpatient Program) after a stay atEl Camino Hospital. I did an 8 week half day program. This program is covered by many insurances. The staff and counselors were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility offers neuro feedback and a full brain spa.
